Delheim Wines' organic waste-water recycling system
Delheim has always had a very strong commitment to the conservation and preservation of the environment they grow their wine in.
In this clip from Wine Films, General Manager and Viticulturist Victor Sperling explains their latest project - an organic waste-water recycling system. Through a series of bio-reactors and an indigenous wetland, Delheim are able to re-introduce the waste-water from their cellar and restaurant, back into the environment from which they took it.
