SPRING COMPETITION FOR PRODUCERS
It's spring and the ample recent rains signify a spectacular bumper flower season. So get out there and take photographs of what's blooming on your farm and what's happening in your vineyards, then submit them.
PRIZE
If your contribution is voted as the winner and you're attending this year's Megatasting, you'll receive a credit for your fee as an added incentive.
CLOSING DATE
The closing date for entries is 31 October 2007.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, all you need to do is email us a photo you've taken of the spring flower bloom.
Email us at flowers@varietyisinournature.com, remembering to put in the subject line the name of the plant etc in the pic, who the photographer is and which farm/area it is from. Don't forget to attach the image file.
You can send as many as you want but please limit it to one pic per email.
Your picture should automatically be added to our gallery within a minute but if it isn't, that means the internet pipes are probably blocked from all the pollen allergies ... it'll eventually get there :)
Don't forget, most cellphones these days have semi-decent cameras, so you could use that to send photos. Check with your closest IT fundi on how to do that, or phone your service provider/network.

Oh, and the photo copyright must be yours (and stays with you when you post it to our gallery). We may ask if we can borrow it for promotional purposes sometime though.
